Refund policy

Return Policy: At Tucker Tweed Equestrian, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase for a refund, your product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, the product must be unused with tags still attached, in the original packaging, and must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Regarding refunds, any exchanged or refunded item will be credited for the price at which the item was purchased. Should you choose to exchange your item, the replacement item will be charged at the current price at the time of your exchange.

Repair/Replacement Policy:
We stand firmly behind the quality of our products; therefore, Tucker Tweed Equestrian products are guaranteed for the first year of purchase when purchased directly from TuckerTweed.com. If there are any defects caused during manufacturing, we will repair or replace your Tucker Tweed Equestrian bag or accessory and ship it back to you.  

For a repair, contact us and we will assess the repair. If we determine a repair can be made or the product is to be replaced, please return it to the above via insured mail or FedEx. Please include your name, address, email address, phone number, proof of purchase from our retailer or our website, and a description of the repair or replacement requested.

Tucker Tweed Equestrian will respond by email within 1 week of receiving your accessory. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for your requested repair or replacement. We will repair what we can at our discretion. If your repair/replacement is outside the window of 365 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
