If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times within the continental USA:

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This includes items marked as sale, discounted merchandise, promotional purchases, and clearance products. There are no warranties on final sale items.
